Transforming Community Safety with SMART CWS
The SMART Community Warning System, developed by Alertro, is tailored to meet the unique needs of communities, nations, and organizations, providing a comprehensive solution for disseminating location-based critical alerts in real-time.
The system’s advanced geo-location engine receives real-time threat information from community members using the SMART mobile app and from surveillance sensors deployed within the community. These incoming events are processed by the system operator, who then issues location-based alerts to community members who are in the immediate vicinity of the threat, along with precise guidance and instructions to guide them to safety. The SMART system also uses Geo-fencing technology to establish a security perimeter around the threat area and prevent members from entering until the event is over while notifying key stakeholders such as community leaders, first responders, and local establishments (schools, community centers, etc) about the evolving situation.
Beyond emergency response, the SMART System serves as an effective tool for ongoing communication and community engagement, ensuring that everyone remains informed and involved.
